1. How do I get my aquarium plants?

We have three options available for plants. First, Canada wide online shipping. We nomally ship on  Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid the weekend package delays. Second, free local pick up (634 Erb st, Waterloo, ON). Third, Local delivery (KW area only) with flat delivery fee.

2.Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free shipping for non-live products only.

3. Can I Cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled any time before shipping package generated.

4.Are the aquarium plants pest free, algae free?

Our plants are guaranteed safe for aquarium living creatures. They are pest-free and algae free.
