*In order to provide the best quality of plant conditions during shipping, we will ship live plants(Shipping rate apply) and other non-living products separately.
Shipping For live plants
Canada-wide shipping is available. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays each week to ensure fast delivery which is very important for live materials.
Seasonal Shipping Rates (Might change without notifications)
- Orders under $40: regular $17.99 (3-7 business days) /express $22.99 (1-2 business days)
- Orders between $40 and $100: regular $12.99 (3-7 business days) / $15.99 express (1-2business days)
- Orders Over $100: FREE Shipping regular (3-7 business days)
Recommendations:
Express shipping is recommended for orders containing live plants. We ship via FedEx for express shipping, to ensure efficient delivery for plants (normally within two days). For items that are not live plants, we recommend using regular shipping.
It will be customer's responsibility to check the current delivery status and be available for receiving the items upon arrival.
Shipping for non-live materials
We carry varieties of aquascaping tools and accessories that are available for free shipping, shipping rate may apply (see each product for details).
Shipping usually take 7-30 business days depend on the location of each inventory located.
We accept return with 30 days after receiving products. Customer will pay the shipping cost for return items. Full refund for damaged products(photos required upon arrival).Local Pick-Up
