Live Plants

*Returns:

Plants suffer during the shipping process. We do not recommend rerurn plants. However if you decide to, please Return within 2 days upon arrival. Plants must be in good，resalable conditions. We will refund the cost of plants only, shipping cost is not refundable.

*DOA(Dead on arrival) policy

For plants placed via express shipping method, will get 110% money back of the plants cost in the form of store credit. For plants placed under Stander shipping method, will get 50% of the plant cost in the form of store credit. Please contact with Photos provided within 12 hours of receiving a package in order to get Things processed. 

*Fully refund policy

You will get a full refund if wrong items were send and we will also cover the  return shipping cost. Contact us within 12 hours of receiving your items in order to get the refund.

All Other Items(Non-live)

For non-live products, we offer returns within 10 days after item arrives.  It will be the customer's responsibility to pay the return shipping cost. We will cover the shipping cost for any damaged, defective or wrong items.
